Biography
A player who needs no introduction to the Hoops, Jack rejoined Shamrock Rovers ahead of the 2022 Season.
Jack moved from St. Kevin’s to the Manchester City Academy at the age of 15. He made his professional debut on loan to Eredivisie side Cambuur in September 2015. Subsequently, he transferred to Blackburn Rovers, before spells at Wigan, Oldham Athletic and Kilmarnock. HE signed for Shamrock Rovers in December 2018 and made an immediate impact, being named Player of the Month for March and again for July.
He helped the Hoops to the 2019 FAI Cup Final in the Aviva Stadium where they faced holders Dundalk. Rovers won the game 4–2 after a Penalty shoot-out and won the Cup for the first time in 32 years. He was a member of the Rovers squad that was unbeaten in winning the 2020 League of Ireland Premier Division, the clubs first since 2011. He ended the season being picked on the PFAI Team of the Year and picking up the PFAI Players’ Player of the Year, as well as Rovers Player of the Year.
Jack moved from Rovers to APOEL in January 2021, but injuries and personnel changes meant that he became available to rejoin the Hoops at the end of that year.
