Shamrock Rovers F.C. is hiring a Commercial Manager to join our team at Tallaght Stadium. The position focuses on partnership development across men’s, women’s and Academy teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow existing club partnerships
- Identify and secure new commercial partners
- Create innovative partnership assets
- Develop sales materials and implement the club’s LED sales strategy
- Help deliver quality match day experiences
- Attend all home matches
Requirements:
- 2-4 years experience in commercial sales with proven success
- Track record of closing partnership deals
- Strong communication skills and relationship-building ability
- Experience with Social Media Valuations and CRM systems
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
