Shamrock Rovers F.C. wish to announce that our CEO, Denis Donohoe, will depart the club at the end of June 2023.
Denis informed the Board early in 2023 that, after two years at the helm, he wished to move on to new opportunities but agreed to remain in the role to facilitate a smooth transition to a successor.
The Board are extremely grateful to Denis for his contribution to a very successful period for Shamrock Rovers both on and off the pitch.
He leaves his role with our thanks & best wishes.
The Board is also pleased to announce that we have appointed John Martin to the role of CEO and he will join the club in mid-June.
John has successfully worked in senior leadership roles in the financial services industry for over 20 years.
He has a very strong connection with the League of Ireland both on and off the pitch over many years including previously playing for the club in 2007-08.
The Board extends a warm welcome to John and wish him every success in the role.
